Mexican meat taco with guajillo chili pepper, with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sometimes the loin is a bit dry, this way it stays very juicy.

Ingredients
- 200 g cooked pork loin.
- 1 garlic clove.
- 1 guajillo chili pepper.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Salt to taste.
- 4 corn tortillas.
Directions
Cut the pork loin and fry it in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the garlic, the chopped guajillo chili pepper and salt to taste. Heat up the tortillas and then fill them up with the meat.
