The harvest is already finished, so the olive oil availability worldwide will only decrease till the next harvest begins in October approx. If the consumption does not decrease instead of the high prices, then the prices will continue increasing because of the shorter availability each month. You can read more about it at this link https://www.oliveoiltimes.com/world/renewed-concerns-of-extra-virgin-olive-oil-shortages-in-spain/131254

On the other hand, we know that the olive oil availability in Italy is so small, so during the next months Italian brands will buy big volumes of olive oil in bulk mostly in Spain to pack in Italy their brands, so the prices could go up here hardly too because of the stocks of olive oil could decrease in Spain even faster for this reason.

In order to allow you price stability, we still maintain the same price list since August 2023 and our goal is to maintain it till November/December when the new harvest gets a good volume and availability, so the prices could go down.
