PINK HUMUS
A very easy recipe, one of those ones really tasteful and colorful, a very special one: Pink Hummus
Legumes are a magnificent food full of complex hydrates and proteins that we should consume at least three times a week.
You can try as a snack, to accompany a salad or as a sandwich filling. Everybody, adults and children will love it!
Ingredients (3 - 4 portions):
- 400 grs. of cooked chickpeas.
- One clove garlic.
- One spoon of tahin (sesame paste)
- One 'ball' of cooked beet
- Cumin
- Lemon juice
- Salt and a few drops of olive oil.
Preparation:
Use the mixer to bate all the ingredients and that is all!
Ready for action, enjoy!
